Terms of service

These terms apply when you use thewrongspoonco.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The Wrong Spoon Co. is run by Holly Rock, Calle Victoria 29, 30710 Los Alcázares, Murcia, Spain. Email: hello@thewrongspoonco.com.

2. Our products

All products are made to order by our production partner. We show colours and designs as accurately as we can, but screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in real life. Embroidery and print placement can vary slightly from item to item.

About our photos: Some of our product photos are created or enhanced with AI, using real photos of our own team and our real product designs. We match colours, designs and details to the real products as closely as we can, but the item you receive may look slightly different from the photo.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you order. Payments are handled securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see your full card details.

4. Your order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or there's a pricing error – if so, we'll refund you in full. Because items go into production quickly, please email us within 12 hours if you need to change or cancel an order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and our process for faulty items are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

7. Our content

All designs, text, photos and logos on this site belong to The Wrong Spoon Co. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Free downloads and blog

Our free downloads and blog posts are for personal use and general information only. They are not medical or professional advice. Always speak to a qualified professional about your health.

9. Liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
