Shipping policy
We ship worldwide. Every order is made just for you by our production partner, then sent straight to your door.
How long will it take?
Your order goes through two stages:

| Making your order (printing or embroidery) | 2–7 working days |
| Delivery to Spain and the rest of the EU | 3–8 working days |
| Delivery to the UK and USA | 4–10 working days |
| Delivery to the rest of the world | 7–20 working days |
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods like Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days.
How much does it cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and what you order, starting from €4.99. You'll always see the full cost before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by you on delivery. We can't predict or cover these charges.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 working days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the times above, email hello@thewrongspoonco.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
